Has been out of the box and used very briefly, but has been in storage for around 4 or 5 years. Because, while I was able to train it to recognise the people of the house, I was unable to make it recognise my cat, and he kept walking past it and setting it off while I was out! The unnecessary cat alerts irritated me. While this minor issue might be easily rectified by someone tech-savvy, I just got the hump and disconnected it. I otherwise can’t fault it for reliability and high-quality service. Otherwise, it is possibly better for people with no pets or for places that pets don’t frequent.
